Jevrejska jaja / Jewish-style Eggs


Za sve koji dosad nisu pravili jaja u lukovini ili jevrejska jaja, mali foto tutorial.

Za deset jaja će vam trebati:

  • šerpa od dva litra
  • ljuske od 2 kg crnog luka
  • kašika soli
Za glanc, platnena krpica i malo ulja! Uživajte!







Jewish-style Eggs

For all of you who haven't made the wonderful Jewish-style eggs yet, here's a short photo tute.  It's healthy, it's tasty and it's all-natural! I suggest you start gathering your onion skins right after Christmas, to have a sufficient amount ready for Easter.

For 10 eggs, you'll need:

  • onion skins of cca. 2 lbs onions
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 1/2 pints of water

Put some vegetable oil on a cotton cloth and rub the eggs after they're done for that glossy look! Enjoy!
